            Andre Noir

Andre Noir Jewellers of Farnham
Andrew Black, the founder of Andre Noir, studied at the Sir John Cass School of Art in Aldgate East, London for two years on a pre-apprenticeship course. Andrew passed the course with distinctions then went on to serve an apprenticeship in hand made jewellery and 'object d'art' with Mark Bailey at Le Breton Jewellers, in Staines Middlesex.
On finishing his apprenticeship in 1983 Andrew then set out of his own, firstly from home, then in his first workshop and retail premises in Hampton Wick just outside Kingston.  A small shop, with little passing trade, but word soon got around about this gifted jeweller and Andrew was kept busy with commissioned work from locals as well as people travelling to get a glimpse of this unique jeweller.
After three years,  Andrew was offered the opportunity to open a shop in the prestigious Lion and Lamb Yard in Farnham, Surrey.  Supported by his family Andrew has been instrumental in the success of Andre Noir.  Continuing with commissioned work as well as hiring a team of Jewellers and staff to support this thriving business.
Andre Noir specialise in bespoke commissioned jewellery, as well as stocking a vaste supply of necklaces, bracelets, rings, pendants and the ever popular genuine Troll Beads
